02 What the enquiry form collects

The form on the contact page asks for the medium, pressure, temperature, size and connection, and quantity of the valve you are enquiring about; then your name, company, an email address for the reply, and a free-text message.

03 Why

To answer the enquiry. The service-condition fields let the reply be a valve selection rather than a request for more information; the email address lets the reply reach you. We do not use the details for marketing lists and do not pass them to anyone outside the company except as described in the next section.

04 How it is stored

The site is hosted on Netlify and the form posts to Netlify Forms. Each submission is stored in that service's submission storage for this site, where the company reads it. Netlify processes it as the hosting provider; we add no other processor.

05 Analytics and cookies

No analytics run on this site at present and the site sets no cookies of its own. If an analytics provider is added later, this section will name it: To confirm.

06 Retention and your rights

Submissions are kept for as long as the enquiry, and any order that follows it, needs them. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by sending the request through the enquiry form.
